Important Notice

February 2026

Due to reduced volunteer capacity, we currently are not accepting general applications.  Please only complete this application if 

  1. You are applying for a specific dog we have advertised 

  2. You have been asked to complete an application form following discussions with one of the JRD team

  3. You are interested in fostering (temporarily caring for a dog while looking for a forever home).

Jersey Rescue Dogs Application Form

This application form is for fostering or adopting with Jersey Rescue Dogs.

Please take your time and complete the form carefully.

The application form should take around 20 minutes to complete.

Is everyone in the house fully committed to getting a dog? If there are any doubts, please give the decision further consideration before applying.
