Breed: Lurcher 

Background:  In Jersey 

Feeding: Has 2 meals a day. 

Sleeping: Sleeps in his own bed.

Toilet training:  Clean in the home. 

Walking/Exercise: Loves her walks 

Children: Great with kids 12+

Other dogs: Could live with a dog 

Cats: Will not be homed with cats.. 

Other info: 

As an adolescent she’s full of fun and loves a game of tug, ball and rough and tumble with the other youngsters in her foster home.

Luna could do with an older, calm dog to settle with. Even with another dog for company she likes to have her humans round for much of the day. She can be left for short periods but will bark initially so this should be considered.

She’s an intelligent girl and will bark to communicate ie dinner time, if she’s worried about walking past another dog. Due to the circumstances in her last home this was inadvertently reinforced.

She is very food orientated and will steal food given half a chance. Her love of food also makes her very trainable.

Luna is too boisterous for children under 12. She can forget herself and jump up to give big sloppy kisses.

She’s a busy, loveable character and would be ideal for someone willing to put in some training and in return you will have a loyal companion.
